Located in the heart of Mumbai’s business district at Nariman Point, within the iconic Jolly Maker Chamber II, this law firm redefines the conventional workspace.

The client’s brief was simple—“to create the best possible office space”—and our response was rooted in purpose and responsibility, with a strong emphasis on necessity and eco-consciousness, incorporating natural materials such as cane and wood, along with integrating greens. This palette lends the space a warm, inviting character while reinforcing its commitment to sustainability. The resulting environment evokes a sense of calm and serenity—an intentional contrast to the typically rigid office setting.

Flexibility was key to the planning. We introduced multipurpose zones that adapt seamlessly to varying needs. The main cabin and conference room, for instance, are divided by a sliding folding wooden partition, allowing the space to function either as one expansive area or as two independent rooms. Similarly, the library is thoughtfully positioned adjacent to the pantry, enabling the table to serve dual purposes—as a space for reading and discussion or for informal dining.
Overall, the design moves away from monotonous, traditional office environments and instead embraces an earthy, sustainable aesthetic while fostering productivity, collaboration, and well-being within the workplace.
