A mindfully crafted three bedroom apartment where the ocean takes center stage.

A home with a minimal design language with few Indian accents in most spaces, while the other spaces have a slightly more modern/young/bold feel.

Sama - A Tranquil Abode

Crafted from locally sourced slate stone, brick, and natural plasters, the home feels rooted yet open—a tactile dialogue with its terrain. Earthy, contemplative, and fluid, it invites slow living, framed by the rhythm of wind, water, and light.

Zenith: The Abode

The vocabulary of this space is raw and expressive, embracing exposed textures, tactile materials, and bold spatial gestures. The result is a home where concealed technology meets an experimental, material-forward aesthetic, allowing warmth, character, and everyday life to unfold naturally.
